The Relationship Between Academic Procrastination, General Procrastination and Patience: A Study on University Students

This research aims to reveal the nature of relationship among university students' general procrastination, academic and patience behaviors. In study, Academic Procrastination Scale (APS) General (GPS) developed by Çakıcı (2003), University Students' Patience Tendency (USPTS) Çeliköz Gül (2018), "Personal Information Form" researcher were used. The data obtained analyzed using SPSS 27.0 software. First, a normality analysis was applied, followed t-Test One-Way Analysis Variance (ANOVA). A correlational design used in determine behaviors; for purpose determining effect variable on multiple regression moderate (r=0.616), significant, strong found between procrastination behaviors negative identified both linear showed that behavior (β= -227) had more pronounced predicting than -.155). significant differences based participants' gender, they attend, family income level, their field study; while similarities age class level.
